Definition
A. You / Client means the Person / Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.
B. We/Us/Company means Ticket n Trip (herein after termed as ‘TNT’).
C. Independent Contractors means Hotelier I Hotel owner, Owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway, Cruise / Ferry boat owner / Operator, Coach owner Operator, or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to render services to the client.
D. Tour Cost means the amount in the Total Tour Cost column in the Booking form overleaf including Rupees payments and Foreign Exchange payments.
Product Accuracy:
All information given in this brochure/itinerary is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any product/itinerary information before or after your booking the tour due to any event beyond our control. In case we are aware of any change sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking, otherwise our Tour Manager or Local representative will inform you of the changes. If there are reasons beyond for control, where all the hotels are fully booked, it may be necessary for client s to stay in hotels, other than mentioned or in other cities.
Meals and Special Requests:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for meals on the tour. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal, nor do we guarantee a special diet to the client, we however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. No drinks are included in meals. Where special requests for room allocation, diet consideration on tour / cruise etc. are made in writing at the time of booking, every effort will be made to ensure that they are honoured. However the Company will not be held liable for claims of damages or consequential loss if such requests are not honoured.
Hotels:
Rules: As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in. TNT will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Confirmation of Booking: Please note that it takes minimum of 4 to 8 working hours to confirm a reservation at the hotel for same day check-ins.
Rooms: We have taken care to select hotels which are comfortable. Most of the rooms have private bath or shower. The hotels will either be those shown in the itinerary or of the same category.
Since the rooms may be comparatively small, we would recommend only 3 persons in one room for your own comfort. Triple rooms are usually no larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a rollaway cot put in a twin room for the night.
All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under all circumstances at your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by you, and the company will not be liable for the same.
All Double occupancy rooms will have either joint double beds or separate two beds. We do not guarantee any particular type of Beds arrangements, since that totally depends on Hotels. For a family or group of friends, we cannot guarantee adjacent rooms.
Extras: Charges for extra bed, child, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in booking may vary as per the hotel. If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
General Check-in: Generally, check in time of a hotel is 2 PM and check out time is 12 PM. However, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel about early check-in or late checkout.
Tariff: The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls, unless specifically mentioned). These services will be charged at the time of check-out.
Accommodation: If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a ‘couple’ on not providing suitable I’d proof, TNT will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to localities/city residents. TNT will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above mentioned reason.
Modifications: For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of hotel.
Cancellations: In case of the cancellation or modification, any discount given on the actual booking amount will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or modification.

Flights:
- TNT Service Fee is charged per passenger in addition to airline fee, as applicable.
- TNT is not liable to provide information on any change in flight schedules, cancellation, status of airline/hotel etc.
- The airline fee shown above are indicative figures based on their fare rule, which is subject to change, e.g. fluctuation in currency conversion rates. TNT does not guarantee the accuracy of the airline information.
- We would recommend that you reschedule/cancel your tickets at least 72 hours prior to the flight departure.
- TNT service fee of 3% on total ticket amount is over and above the airline cancellation fee.
- Please note that online rescheduling / cancellation of flights is not available – kindly contact us on the customer care number for the same.

Booking:
- Your booking is non-transferable and name of passenger cannot be changed.
- Use Booking Reference/Ticket number for all communication you have directly with the airline about this booking.
- Your ticket number serves as confirmation of your ticket status.
- If you face any error at that time of issue ticket, refund follow up regarding cancelled ticket by you, or any date change or flight changes contact TNT Help centre.

- When will I get my E-Ticket? Your E-Ticket will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking. You can take also print E-Tickets from Your Member Login.
- FAQ: You will get your Member Login and Password on provided email Id at the time of Ticket issuance.
- If you are booking multiple ticket itinerary you may need to check in your baggage again at stopover city.
- Baggage allowance may vary during your itinerary, it is recommended to carry minimum allowed baggage.
Changes / Cancellation:
- Cancel Booking and Refund Process: You can cancel your E-Ticket by clicking on Cancel Bookings from Member Login. For Domestic Ticket Cancellation, call 24hrs prior & for International ticket cancellation, call 96hrs prior. Once you fly, partial refund may not be possible.
- You cannot cancel your booking from your login id within 24hrs of flight departure.
- Within 24 hrs cancellation contact directly airline toll free no or contact TNT help centre on +91 9227555566
- For no show refund you have to contact TNT help centre within 24hrs of departure date otherwise you may not be eligible for any refund.
- We can give refund amount after we receive from the airline.
Travel Documents:
- It is mandatory to carry Government recognized photo identification (ID) along with your E-Ticket for Domestic flights. This can include: Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID card or any other ID issued by the Government of India. For infant passengers, it is mandatory to carry the Birth certificate. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate travel documents at all times. For International flights, 6 months validity Passport needs to be carry.
- Kindly check your visa validity before your departure, visa must be valid during your stay also check if any transit visa require.
Check-In:
- Passenger is requested to check-in 3 hrs prior to schedule departure in Domestic & 4 hrs in International flights and counters now close 60 minutes for domestic & 90mins for International before departure. Passengers are informed to plan their Airport arrival accordingly. Any passenger failing to report in time may be refused boarding privileges.
- A printed e-ticket display on laptop, tablet or phone must be presented at the time of check in.
- We suggest passengers to do web check in 24 to 48 hours before flight departure time depending on the airline you have booked.
Delays / Cancellation:
- Flight timings are subject to change without prior notice. It is advisable to recheck directly with the Airline / TNT Help Centre 12hrs prior to departure of your flight, Then TNT travels will not responsible for any changes in flights schedules or cancelations. Also check Departure terminal and Arrival Terminal.
- If any flight is cancelled by the airline authority, Passenger is requested to get a stamped /endorsed copy of the ticket to process the full refund and contact us for any new option provide from the airline or other new option.
- TNT will not be responsible if there is any cancellation from airline side or if there is any misconnection of onward flight due to delay.
Itinerary Changes:
We may often operate more than one coach per departure date. For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary including the flight routing. We will advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a client misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
Coach Sitting:
We use air-conditioned/air-cool coaches. If you are carrying any high value items on the coach, we instruct you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances your responsibility. Any damages caused to the coach during your travel, shall be payable by you and the company will not be liable for the same. The drivers are bound by specific rules, like maximum driving hours within a day and during a week, rest period per day / week etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel, otherwise certain sightseeing schedules may be missed due to your actions and the same will be non-refundable.
Accommodation for Child below 12 Years of Age:
It is expressed and given to understand that a child below 12 years of age who is booked on the tour paying the special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the tour under any circumstances. In case the client makes any changes in their rooming while on the tour, the company shall not make any refunds or pay any compensation to them. In case the Client decides to make any change in the rooming while on the tour subject to availability, then they shall be bound to pay additional charge.
Registration:
In cases where the travel agent or preferred sales agent (PSA) through whom the clients have booked the tour signs the Booking Form for and on behalf of the persons named in the Booking Form, it shall be deemed and construed that the clients have duly authorized the said travel agent/PSA to sign on their behalf. The signing of the Booking Form by the Client or by their travel agent/PSA shall mean acceptance in totality of the Terms and Conditions contained herein by the Client/s. No person including the Employee/s and the Agent/PSA of the Company other than the Company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition set forth in this Brochure. Any assurance given by any person shall have no consequence. The Company reserves the right to decline to register any person/s as Clients for any Tour or to cancel their registration without assigning any reason.
Payment Rules:
- Booking deposit: Rs.25,000/-
- 3 weeks before departure: 50% of tour cost
- 2 weeks before departure: Remaining Full Payment
- THE PAN Card copy will be required when payments amounting Rs 25000/- or above are made in cash.
Transfer from One Tour to Another:
A transfer from one tour to another, prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking on another.
Cancellations:
All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such Cancellation will attract the following Cancellation. Cancellation Charges Per Person when a Cancellation is made
- 31 days or more prior to the departure 25 % of Tour Cost
- 30 -16 days prior to the departure 50 % of Tour Cost
- 15 – 6 days prior to the departure 75 % of Tour Cost
- 5 days or less prior to departure or a “No Show on the tour 100 % of Tour Cost
In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation. The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
Refunds:
Refunds (If any) for amendments and / or cancellations will be paid directly to you for bookings made directly with the company’s office. For bookings routed through our Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or your Travel Agent, the refunds will be routed through them. It would take at least 30 days to process refunds. There is no refunds payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.)
Deviations:
If you wish to travel in advance i.e. before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, you are required to pay deviation charges of INR 5000/- per person per deviation (subject to availability of seats in the group booking class and ticket validity) The request for deviation should be given in writing to the company at the time of booking as these request are subject to availability and we are not holding seats for the same. The deviation request will be subject to availability and payment for the same does not guarantee the date requested.
Currency and Travellers Cheques:
We suggest you take your holiday spending money partly in traveller’s cheques or travel currency card. Traveller’s cheques are a safe way to carry money as they are easily encashed for a small service fee and can be replaced if they are stolen or lost provided you have the traveller’s cheque number and the counterfoil and is subject to the foreign exchange dealer from whom you have purchased the traveller’s cheques.
Minimum Participation:
Tours specified in the brochure/itinerary are subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participation is below the minimum prescribed, the company reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary, or cancel a tour without incurring the liability to pay any compensation. If company decides to operate the tour with participation below the minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as ‘individual traveller’ the company reserves the right to collect additional pro-rated amount. Persons traveling as individual travellers such cases will not be provided certain services including that of tour manager, and the client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments, such as in coach, airport transfers, which are at fixed times etc.
- Group Tours to Europe/ U.S.A: 35 Minimum Adults
- Group Tours to Far East: 16 Minimum Adults
- Group Tours to Islands: 16 Minimum Adults
- Group Tours to South Africa And others: 16 Minimum Adults
- Group tours to Australia/ New Zealand: 16 Minimum Adults
Scope of Activity:
We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner I coach operator who are the company’s independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process
Privacy of Information:
We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with airline, hotels and other service providers who will provide the services to you during your tour. However we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court or the rules, regulations or enquiry by any government statutory agency having regulatory authority over the Company.
Conditions of Passage:
These conditions are applicable to every Client of the Company, who books a Brochure Tour or any Special Tour or travel arrangement. In the event of a Client booking through us a Tour or Tour Arrangement of any other Tour Operators like Carnival, Cosmos, Star Cruise etc., the “Terms and Conditions” specified by such Tour Operator, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc. shall be applicable, in addition to our “Terms and Conditions” while determining the contractual relation between the Client, the Tour Operator and us.
Health and Insurance:
It shall be the duty of the Client to inform the Company in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. The Company reserves the right to ask the Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed the Company will not be liable to provide any assistance.
Communication:
The communication directed at the address of the Client as disclosed in the “Booking Form” shall be deemed to have been communicated to the Client. A Travel Agent /PSA through whom a Client books will act to relay information from Client to Company and vice versa. The Company shall not responsible for any error on part of such Travel Agent/PSA in this regard.
Visas:
In the event the application for visa made by any client or the company on behalf of the client is rejected by the concerned embassy or authority due to inadequate documents furnished by the applicant or due to any other reason whatsoever the company shall not be liable or responsible for the same. The consulate may require further documentation and/ or personal appearance. The visa fees include the actual visa charge, the cost of processing fees, professional charges and overheads. All cost charges in respect of the said application for the visa shall be home by the client and the non-refundable deposit paid by the client shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same.
As granting or rejecting the visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, we shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/ omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
The position in respect of cancellation of tour by client due to non-availability of documents would not change only by the virtue of the client having applied for such document through us.
Even if the visas are rejected the stipulated fees of the company shall be paid by the client. There will be no refund to the client or any member of his party is unable to travel due to the said reasons. In such cases the non-refundable fees paid by the client shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same.
In the event that a client is unable to travel on the tour originally booked by him/her, due to rejection of the visas by the concerned embassy, the said client have the option to postpone his/her tour to any other future date or transfer his tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fees for the transfer of the tour shall apply. However, if the client books and pays within the cancellation period and is unable to travel due to any reason whatsoever including the non-availability of visas or any travel documents, the cancellation policy will apply.
We want you to understand and agree on followings,
A) The visas are obtained from the corresponding countries consulates in India, who are located in Delhi, Mumbai or cities other than Ahmedabad.
B) We send your passports and other documents to our visa agents located in Mumbai, Delhi or respective cities and they in turn submit/ collect the passports and documents to the relevant consulates
C) We send your passports and documents from Ahmedabad to these cities through reputed courier services or cargo services of airlines.
D) Some consulates have collection agencies or agents accepting passports on their behalf in Ahmedabad and they in turn send passports to respective consulates in Mumbai, Delhi or any city outside Ahmedabad. In certain cases we submit your passports to such agencies in Ahmedabad.
Understanding the above please note that we will be very particular and will take all precautions in sending your passports to any place outside Ahmedabad or inside Ahmedabad, however we will not be responsible for any loss in of passport or documents.
Conditions of Travel:
a) The Client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program and return to India as per the validity of the air ticket and / or visa. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and register with the representative of the company at the appointed place, date and time.
b) In case if a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
c) Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
d) If a client avails pre – tour services or part thereof, but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour and tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.
e) TNT reserves the right to withdraw tour membership from anyone whose behaviour is seemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and TNT shall be under no liability to any such person. It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under this contract shall be available to the Company’s Managers, including Tour Managers, Employees, Servants and Agents but not to the Independent Contractors selected by the Company.
f) Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect. No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of the Contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facilities shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
g) The prices quoted in this brochure have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The Company reserves the right to amend the prices published in this brochure in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, hike in the airline/rail charges before the date of departure and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before the Departure by the Client.
h) Currency fluctuations: We agree to make good variation in currency rate between the date of booking in and actual payment of foreign exchange.
i) If no suit/action is brought against the Company within one month of the last day of the Tour, the Company shall be discharged from all liabilities under/or arising out of this Contract and the Client shall be deemed to have relinquished/abandoned all his rights under or arising from this Contract.
j) If you book with a travel agent or our Preferred Sales Agent(PSA) and your booking with that agent/PSA includes, but is not limited to TNT arrangements, your contract is with your travel agent / PSA and TNT is simply a supplier to your travel agent /PSA.
k) In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by the Company, it shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time unless a specific assurance of the contrary is undertaken.
I) It is absolutely compulsory to have valid Travel Insurance while you are on tour. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for:
a) Any over stay expenses due to delay or changes in bus/ air/ trains / ship/ or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever.
b) Sightseeing missed & / or program being cancelled after the commencement of the tour & before the due period due to any unavoidable situations which are beyond our control.
c) In the case of one or more but not all passengers signing ‘Booking Form’ it shall be deemed that others have duly authorized concerned signing passenger/(s)
d) Initial deposit just ensures seat or participation on the tour but does not entitle any services like Tickets, Hotel Accommodation until full payment has been received.
e) Full payment must be in accordance with the procedure enumerated. In case of non-payment company reserves a right to cancel booking with subsequent loss of deposit & apply cancellation charges as mentioned therein.
f) We are repentant that we cannot endow with individual aid to any of the tour member for walking, dinning, getting on & off from any of the transport vehicle or other personal needs. So it is indispensable that a competent companion must accompany traveller who needs such assistance.
g) Company solely reserves the right to publish group photographs of the passengers taken during the tour.
h) Distance, temperature & pre/post tour accommodation prices given in the Brochure are approximate & are subject to change.
i) Photo of meals & sightseeing published in the Brochure are only for reference & may change from actual meals served/ sights.
j) In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activity/ ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients, expecting women, people with Blood Pressure etc.
k) Validity of the passport: Traveller must have his valid passport for at least six months from the last date/return date of his tour program.
Other Terms:
1. There is no Contract between the Company and the Client until the company has received the initial deposit of Ra.25000. The full payment must be received in accordance with procedures laid down under Payments Terms as mentioned in the booking form overleaf. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein before.
2. The company has the right at any time and for any reason:
A. To terminate this contract after acceptance of deposit but prior to the Commencement of Tour without assigning any reason whatsoever.
B. To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion airline, flight routing or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case, the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the clients or for any compensation claims made.
3. No person other than the company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition mentioned herein.
4. In the event of the company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such tour or holiday has been booked, the client shall have the right:
A. To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered or,
B. To accept any alternative tour or holiday which the company may offer. In either of these above cases, the client shall not be entitled to, or the company shall not be liable to the client for any damage, additional expense, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.
5. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for:
A. Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and I or damage or any misadventure however caused.
B. Any act, omission, default of Independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.
C. The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “Howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.
6. No liability on the part of the company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid by the client for the tour, and shall in no case include any consequential said holiday, excursion, facility loss or additional expense whatsoever.
7. A) If the client has any complaint in respect of the services provided by any of the Independent Contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the Independent Contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Tour Manager of the company in order to enable the company to take up the matter with the Independent Contractor so that in future other clients do not face the same difficulty.
B) Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to the company in writing within 7 days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim notified to this company beyond this period will be entertained and the company shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
8. Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other. If any provision be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.
9. It is mandatory that you take out a holiday travel insurance policy from your local travel Insurer.
10. The prices quoted in our proposal have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the price published in this brochure in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various cross rates of exchange and/or fuel costs, before the date of departure and charge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before departure by the client.
11. The tour is subject to RBI/G01 rules and regulations. The part of the tour cost will be paid in EURO/USD out of your BTQ.
12. Jurisdiction: For claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tour marketed / coordinated by Ticket n Trip, the courts in Ahmedabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Arbitration : If any claim dispute or complain of whatsoever nature reclaim to tours marketed coordinated by TNT arises, then the same shall be resolved by the parties by the referring the dispute the sole arbitrator The TNT shall have absolute discretion in appointment of arbitrator. The place of arbitration must be in Ahmedabad.
14. The passenger .i.e. the party to the transaction or the card holder shall have no right, without prior notice in writing to our office, to chargeback on us, and deduct, withdraw or set off from payments done by you or for the full amount designated by Bank or a card association or a card issuing bank, the failure of which shall hold the chargeback as invalid

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS till INR 7 Lakhs
20% TCS thereafter (The threshold of Rs 7 lakh for LRS is qua remitter – Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to TNT.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more – On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN – AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.
‘Overseas tour package’ means any tour package which offers a visit to a country or countries or territory or territories outside India and includes expenses for travel or hotel stay or boarding or lodging or any other expenditure of similar nature or in relation thereto.
‘Specified Person’ means a person defined as per provisions of Section 206CCA of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User is liable to pay Tax collected at source (TCS) on booking of an ‘Overseas tour package’ at an appropriate rate over and above the price charged for such package in compliance with the provisions of Section 206C (1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. TNT will deposit the TCS amount so collected with the Government and issue appropriate document/certificate to the User in compliance with aforesaid provision.
The User is required to provide a valid PAN of User/Traveller(s) at the time of booking an overseas tour package with TNT. The User understands and agrees that TNT, at the time of booking or at a later stage, will validate the PAN provided by the User to check compliance of provisions of Section 206CC of Income Tax Act. The User agrees that in case the PAN is found to be invalid, or it does not belong to User/traveller(s), TNT has an obligation to cancel the booking in compliance with the law and process the refund as per the cancellation policy applicable to said booking.
The User further understand and agrees that TNT would also, at the time of booking or at a later stage, validate User/traveller(s) PAN as per the provisions of Section 206CCA of Income Tax Act and if on validation the User qualifies as a ‘Specified person’, the User agrees to pay TCS to TNT at such higher rate as may be applicable under section 206CCA. The User agrees to pay the additional TCS amount to TNT where, as a result of validation under section 206CCA, the TCS collected at the time of booking falls short of the applicable rate of TCS. The User further confirms to TNT that User/traveller(s) PAN and Aadhar are Linked with Income Tax, at the time of booking or at a later stage. If User fails or disagrees to pay the additional TCS, TNT has the right to cancel the booking and process appropriate refund as per the cancellation policy applicable to such booking.
Compliance of Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS):
The RBI mandates collection of PAN details for all transactions made under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) which include any international booking made on the Website or through Sales Channels. The User warrants and confirms that PAN details of the User/traveller will be shared by the User on or before the cut-off date prescribed by TNT either at the time of booking or after the booking is made. In case the traveller is a minor, TNT will require PAN details of the parent/guardian of such minor. The User further confirms that non-compliance of this requirement may result in cancellation of the booking. PAN should be linked with Aadhar mandatory.
The User warrants and confirms that the total amount of foreign exchange purchased or remitted during the current financial year, through all sources in India (including the current transaction) falls within the permissible limit prescribed by the RBI. In case the limit gets breached before the actual remittance request is approved by the AD Bank, TNT has an obligation to cancel the booking in compliance with the law and process refund as per cancellation policy applicable to said booking. The User further confirms that foreign exchange, if any, purchased by User for the purpose of international travel under the current booking will be utilized for the purpose indicated above. The User further confirms to TNT that User/traveller(s) PAN and Aadhar are Linked with Income Tax, at the time of booking or at a later stage.
The User authorizes TNT to retrieve User’s/ traveller’s (in case booking on someone’s behalf) PAN details from Users profile, previous bookings or share User/traveller’s data with third party(ies) for collecting or verifying PAN details solely for the purposes mentioned in this Agreement.
The User understands TNT does not collect User’s PAN details without consent. If the User wishes to opt of providing the same or wishes to delete it if already provided, the User may do so by accessing the profile information through the Desktop or TNT Sales Channels.
For international bookings, Users, in compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) of RBI or any other law may be required to provide details such as their PAN information or passport details number or any such information required by the Service Provider. Such information shall be strictly used as per the aforesaid requirements only. In case a User does not wish to provide this information, TNT may not be able to process the booking. TNT will never share User’s PAN details without their prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.
For international bookings, Users, in compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) of RBI or any other law may be required to provide details such as their PAN information or passport details number or any such information required by the Service Provider.
The User authorizes TNT to share User/traveller data with third party (ies) for collecting or verifying PAN details of User/traveller.
Flexible Financing Option – EMI:
- Bank and financial institutions give travel loan on EMI basis. ‘EMI’ means the equated monthly instalment of amount payable by the guest to the respective bank/ financial institution/ issuer comprising principal amount, interest and other charges, if applicable.
- The EMI facility being offered by the bank/ financial institution/ issuer to the guest/s, is governed by the respective terms and conditions of each bank/ financial institution/ issuer and the guest is advised to approach them in case of any enquiry, complaint or dispute about the EMI transaction.
- For availing the EMI facility; down payment, instalment, interest, processing fee etc. is charged by the respective Bank/ financial institution/ issuer as per their policy.
- In case of tour cancellation, TNT will charge cancellation charges as per the Cancellation Policy and Bank/ Financial Institution/ issuer shall process the refund (if any) after deducting the cancellation charge.
- Bank/ financial institution/ issuer is at their sole discretion in providing EMI facility to guest/s and TNT has no role to play in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to the EMI facility.
- TNT shall not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with such EMI facility between the guest and the Bank/ Financial Institution/ issuer.
