Our role is to facilitate and coordinate travel arrangements on your behalf, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or completing a booking with us, you:

  • Confirm that you are 18 years of age or above and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms set forth herein.
  • Accept that these Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of such changes.

3. Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from Ticket N Trip.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified for each service.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details (travel dates, names, services, inclusions, etc.) before confirming a booking.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported immediately. Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
  • Booking confirmations, itineraries, and vouchers will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.

4. Payments

  • Payments can be made through authorized online payment gateways, bank transfers, or any other method approved by Ticket N Trip.
  • Prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD, as applicable, and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or supplier adjustments.
  • A non-refundable service fee may apply to all transactions.
  • In case of payment failure or decline, Ticket N Trip holds no responsibility for loss of booking or increased fares.

5. Pricing Policy

  • All prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on seasonality, availability, and supplier pricing.
  • Prices do not include any personal expenses, insurance, meals, tips, or additional services unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Taxes, surcharges, and government levies are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case of pricing errors or technical glitches, Ticket N Trip reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings with prior notification.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to info@ticketntrip.com.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruises, etc.).
  • Service fees, transaction charges, and any non-refundable components will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after confirmation from the supplier.
  • No refund will be provided for:
    • “No Show” or unused services.
    • Non-refundable promotional fares or packages.
    • Visa rejections or delays caused by the traveler.

7. Modifications & Amendments

  • Post-booking amendments (change in travel date, name, itinerary, etc.) may attract additional fees as per supplier policies.
  • Ticket N Trip will assist with modifications but cannot guarantee confirmation of changes.
  • Any increase in fare or service cost due to modification will be borne by the traveler.

8. Travel Documents & Visa

  • Travelers must possess valid passports, visas, and other required documentation for international or domestic travel.
  • Ticket N Trip provides assistance with visa documentation but is not responsible for approval or rejection decisions made by embassies or consulates.
  • It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to verify and comply with all immigration, customs, and health requirements.
  • Failure to obtain necessary travel documents will not entitle the traveler to any refund.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, accidents, and other contingencies.
Ticket N Trip will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveller’s failure to obtain adequate insurance.

10. Responsibility & Liability

  • Ticket N Trip acts purely as an agent between the traveler and independent suppliers.
  • We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport, or tour services.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules by service providers.
    • Loss, injury, or damage caused by accidents, strikes, natural calamities, or force majeure events.
    • Acts of negligence or default by third-party vendors.
  • In all cases, the maximum liability of Ticket N Trip shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveler to us for the specific booking.

11. Force Majeure

Ticket N Trip shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or change in service due to events beyond our control such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions, or technical failures.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on www.ticketntrip.com are the intellectual property of Ticket N Trip.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Website Usage

  • Users agree not to misuse, hack, or interfere with the operation of the website.
