At Ticket N Trip, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy has been designed to ensure transparency and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our services. Please read this policy carefully before making any booking through our website, mobile app, or authorized agents.
1. General Booking Policy
- All bookings made through Ticket N Trip are subject to availability and confirmation from our travel partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
- By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of both Ticket N Trip and the respective service provider (airline, hotel, cruise, etc.).
- Each service provider may have its own cancellation and refund rules, which will apply in addition to ours.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify Ticket N Trip in writing (via email or contact form). The following conditions apply:
2.1 Flights
- Airline cancellation policies will apply as per their fare rules.
- Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable once booked.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting airline cancellation charges and our service fee.
2.2 Hotels
- Hotel cancellation terms vary by property and room type.
- Non-refundable rooms or early bird deals cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- For standard bookings, cancellation charges depend on how many days before check-in you cancel:
- 7+ days prior: up to 10% service charge
- 3–6 days prior: 50% of total booking amount
- Within 48 hours or No Show: 100% charge (no refund)
2.3 Holiday Packages / Tours
- Cancellations within 30 days of departure may attract partial or full forfeiture, depending on arrangements made.
- Non-refundable components such as air tickets, visa fees, and hotel bookings will not be refunded.
- If cancellation is made:
- 30+ days before departure – 10% deduction (plus non-refundable components)
- 15–29 days before departure – 50% of package cost
- Less than 15 days or No Show – 100% of package cost
2.4 Cruises & Special Experiences
- Cruise and luxury bookings are subject to strict vendor terms.
- Most cruise fares are non-refundable once confirmed.
3. Cancellation by Ticket N Trip or Supplier
- In rare cases, if Ticket N Trip or our suppliers are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to operational, political, or natural reasons, we will:
- Offer an alternative arrangement of equal or higher value (where possible), or
- Provide a full refund (excluding non-refundable fees)
Ticket N Trip will not be liable for any additional expenses (e.g., visa fees, insurance, flight rescheduling, etc.) caused by such cancellations.
4. No-Show or Early Departure
- If you fail to check-in or show up for a confirmed booking (“no-show”), no refund will be provided.
- Similarly, if you cut short your stay or leave a tour midway, unused services will not be refunded.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
- All approved refunds are processed after receiving confirmation from the concerned supplier.
- Refunds are issued through the same mode of payment used during booking.
- Refund processing time:
- Domestic services: 7–15 business days
- International services: 15–30 business days
- Delays may occur in cases involving third-party payment gateways, banks, or airlines.
- A service charge or administrative fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
6. Amendment or Rebooking Policy
- Amendments to bookings (date changes, upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Rebooking charges will apply as per the new fare/tariff and service provider’s rules.
- Once a booking is amended, the original fare terms may no longer apply.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Certain components are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Visa application fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Service charges or convenience fees
- Festival or special event packages
- Flash sales, promotional fares, and last-minute deals
8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
Ticket N Trip shall not be held liable for any loss, cancellation, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
- Political instability, war, strikes, or riots
- Epidemics, pandemics, or travel restrictions
- Airline or supplier bankruptcy
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the supplier’s policy.
9. Refunds for Group or Corporate Bookings
Group and corporate bookings are governed by separate contracts or agreements.
Cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling must adhere strictly to those terms.
10. Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute arises, please contact us immediately at accounts@ticketntrip.com.
We will investigate the issue and coordinate with our payment gateway and supplier partners to resolve it promptly.
11. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Ticket N Trip strongly recommends that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, delay, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
This ensures protection against unforeseen changes beyond our control.
12. How to Request a Refund

- Booking reference number
- Passenger or guest name
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for cancellation/refund request
