Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair
Fly in to Port Blair airport. Our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar airport. Board the waiting vehicles, drive to your hotel and check-in. First half of the day is at leisure. Later in the afternoon visit Cellular jail followed by light and sound show. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906 is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair. (Note: Cellular jail is closed on every Monday and national Holidays, visit to Cellular jail and Museum closes by 16:00 hrs and light n sound show is open every day 18:00 hrs).
Day 2: : Port Blair to Baratang Island – Distance 120 km
Early morning start your trip to Baratang, it’s about 120 km from Port Blair and travel time is 3 hours and 30 mins due to speed restriction in tribal reserve area. Travel is amazing through the dense rain forest which also berths one of the oldest tribe in the world called – JARAWA, although any interaction or exchange of any foreign articles / photography with them is strictly banned. On arrival at Baratang, sightseeing to Lime stone cave by motor boat, something amazing because this ride to is through dense mangrove forest. Visit Mud Volcano by a local jeep. Overnight stay at Baratang. (VISIT TO LIME STONE CAVE IS CLOSED ON MONDAY AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS, Evening visit Parrot Island (Optional Activity on direct payment basis )
Day 3: Baratang Island to Diglipur Island 200 km (Time: 5 hours)
Early morning after breakfast, proceed for a trip to Diglipur North Andaman by road 325 km. Diglipur is the biggest island in Andaman group of Island and has lot to offer for tourist. Get transferred to Arial Bay Harbor to take a Boat to visit Ross n Smith Island. ROSS AND SMITH Islands, a twin island bridged by a Pristine white sandy beach what makes the perfect natures blessing a swimming pool lagoon at one side and a snorkeling paradise on the other. One can walk from one island to another during low tide, spend the day swimming on the beach. Overnight stay at Diglipur. (Please note Ross & Smith is Closed on Tuesday itinerary will be shuffled if the same trip falls on Tuesday).
Day 4: Diglipur to Port Blair via Rangat – Middle Andamans
Early morning check out from the hotel, proceed to Port Blair via Rangat en-route visit Amkunj Beach at Rangat village., later visit Mochidera Beach, Dhaninallah Beach, it is amazing because this ride is through dense forest. Overnight stay at Port Blair.
Day 05: Port Blair to Havelock
After breakfast get transferred to Phoenix Bay Harbor to catch a ferry to Havelock. The Island (often just called Havelock) is one of the most beautiful and largest islands of Ritchie’s Archipelago and is a placid heaven like no other. Situated 57 km north east of the South Andaman with an area of 92 sq km she offers a breathe taking trail of nature expeditions. The island is primarily populated by Bengali settlers. This picturesque Island with beautiful sandy beaches and lush green forest is also rated as the seventh most beautiful island in the world. It hosts two of the world’s most renowned beaches; Vijaynagar Beach and Radhanagar Beach. The Island also has the biggest concentration of breath-taking diving and snorkeling sites, thus acting as a paradise to marine world explorers. On arrival the cab will be provided to pickup and drop guest to Beach No. 7, Radhanagar Beach rated as the best beach in Asia. Spend the day relaxing on this beach. Later proceed to selected hotel. Stay here overnight amongst sandy beach and lush green forest in a comfortable beach resort. (Note: This day your breakfast will be at Port Blair, if you are travelling by an early morning ferry ask the hotel to give a packed breakfast. Ferry timings are mentioned in the tickets provided to you. Please report 45 minutes prior to departure with a valid photo id card – subject to weather conditions. Ferry Operation is purely subject to Govt clearance).
Day 06: Havelock Island – Day leisure / Excursion to Elephant Beach (Optional)
Trip to Elephant Beach 3: Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip, just 40 minutes by Boat. This beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkeling. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkeling equipment and car pick up and drop to jetty. (Note: This trip is inclusive of transfers, boat charges, Guide floating device and equipments with an additional cost of Rs. 950 per head. Guest may also hire a 2 wheeler and take a round of the Island or may choose to go for Scuba Diving or Game fishing on direct payment basis, this trip may change to Light house due to weather conditions. Ferry Operation is purely subject to Govt clearance).
Day 07: Havelock Island to Port Blair
After breakfast, check out from the hotel & get transferred to harbor to catch a ferry to Port Blair. Return to Port Blair as per ferry timings advised. Upon return from Havelock Island, transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair. (Note: Ferry timings are mentioned in the tickets provided to you. Please report 45 minutes prior to departure with a valid photo id card – (subject to weather conditions).
Day 08: Departure
Transfer to airport and depart with unlimited memories.
